Automatic Data Matching

SpendMate has a partnership with Veeva Open Data and can integrate with other third-party vendors that maintain customer reference data to match unique customer profiles. It can also be configured to automatically match customer profiles if certain unique identifiers are present, such as the NPI number or other local identifiers.

Reporting Capabilities

SpendMate's reporting module allows users to generate reports in different currencies and to save and access generated reports within the application. It also has an extensive audit trail capability that includes archiving/audit information on who generated which report, when it was generated and what the input parameters were.
