SpendMate can be used to generate country-specific transparency reports, including EFPIA reports, European Local Law reports, U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) reports, Patient Organization (PO) reports, and Brazil, France, Australia, Mexico and Colombia reports.
SpendMate provides the flexibility and scalability needed to meet the compliance demands of external entities. It has a user-friendly interface that is driven by a configurable business logic engine, allowing users to add or remove attributes and business rules at any time without impacting legacy data.
SpendMate has a partnership with Veeva Open Data and can integrate with other third-party vendors that maintain customer reference data to match unique customer profiles. It can also be configured to automatically match customer profiles if certain unique identifiers are present, such as the NPI number or other local identifiers.
SpendMate's reporting module allows users to generate reports in different currencies and to save and access generated reports within the application. It also has an extensive audit trail capability that includes archiving/audit information on who generated which report, when it was generated and what the input parameters were.
