Requirements for Associate Data Analyst/Associate Business Analyst:

• Technical aptitude: Comfortable with technology and eager to learn
• Data & analytical skills: Able to work with data, identify patterns, and solve problems.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (SQL querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting)
• Strong communication skills: Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and communicating with clients.
• Business curiosity: Interested in understanding client needs and translating them into solutions.
• Ownership & initiative: Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take on new challenges

Depending on their background and interests, interns will have opportunities to gain hands-on exposure to AI and analytics, data analysis, product development, client implementations, requirements gathering, testing, and consulting engagements within the life sciences industry.
