Requirements for Test Engineer:

• 2-3 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Experience with test automation frameworks in Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java
• Experience with TestNG/Junit
• Basic knowledge of API testing.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test automation strategies and best practices to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks which includes developing and maintaining automation scripts, updating the test scripts, monitoring the framework’s performance, and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure that the automation framework is scalable and maintainable over time.
• Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the DEV and QA teams to ensure smooth integration of test automation into the software development lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in test automation and incorporate them into the test automation strategy.
• Managing the test data that is used for automation testing. This involves ensuring the integrity of the data, selecting the appropriate test data for testing scenarios, and developing test data generation strategies.
