Computer & Information Systems Manager. Supervise the design and optimization of noSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL) and the development of efficient queries to support analytics pipelines and data solutions. Lead AI/ML solution design for use cases including anomaly detection and risk prediction. Architect and implement AI/ML pipelines, collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams. Lead compliance in risk assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and remediation aligned with FDA/GxP standards. Partner with Quality & Regulatory teams to design and maintain compliance controls and audit readiness. Oversee the architecture and delivery of interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik and translation of stakeholder requirements into visual standards and data metrics. Develop and manage budgets for analytics/compliance projects, including forecasting, ROI tracking and variance analysis. Ensure cost-effective resource allocation and ROI tracking. Supervise developers and analysts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Quality, Data Science, IT, Business Units. Influence at senior levels, communicating technical/project matters clearly. Oversee team members working with noSQL, BI, MongoDB, PostgreSQL JSON, Cassandra, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Python, Spark, ETL tools. Oversee the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions in production. Oversee life sciences compliance frameworks including GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Estimate, monitor, and forecast project costs. Supervise Computer Systems Analysts, Software Developers, Information Technology Project Managers. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master’s. Must have 2 years experience (or 2 years experience as IT Project Manager, Software Developer, or related occupation).
