Develop and articulate a clear product vision. Create a product roadmap and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements. Manage stakeholder expectations and communication and maintain and prioritize a product backlog, defining and refining user stories, features, and tasks. Ensure that backlog items are well-defined, estimable, and prioritized according to business value. Act as the Product Owner or Scrum Master, guiding agile development processes such as Scrum or Kanban. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective delivery. Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product. Address defects and bugs, coordinating with development teams to resolve issues. Root cause analysis of bugs and identified bug prone areas of application. Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Ensure a smooth product rollout and post-launch support. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for enhancement. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, demonstrating product impact and outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and delivery. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security requirements. Work with Waterfall, Agile Scrum, RAT (Requirements Ambiguity Testing), Pharma – Compliance & Transparency, Risk Monitoring -Ethics, Pentaho, JIRA, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres SQL, Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, PUTTY, Citrix, Oracle Developer, SQL Server Management Studio, Pg Admin, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, SQLWorkbench64, SQL, C, HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, DAX, Windows, Linux, AWS Tools, Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, Microsoft Project, Prediction, Causality, Data Wrangling, Privacy, Ethics, Machine learning & AI Algorithms, GPT algorithms, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn Algorithms and Models, CNNs, RNNs, transformers, Natural Language Processing (NLP), NLTK, SpaCy. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master’s. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations.
